We will not publish your customer data.

Handling your reservation / booking

We will use your personal data when handling your reservation/booking. We’re required to share your data with the supplier that handles the reservation/booking on our behalf, as well as the bed and breakfast to secure your reservation/booking. We may also obtain information on your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this purpose, we use (but do not store) your payment details, and both use and store your phone number, invoice address, email address, name and address details and ip address. The law requires us to do this. We store this information for one year after your stay and seven years thereafter (the legal retention period).

The information we collect

Name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information. This information is used when placing a booking. We do not share outside parties except to the extent to complete that order. 

We collect such non-personal and personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Services.

• To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.

• To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.

• To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services. 

• To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
