Booking Policies

~We apologize but we are not handicap accessible. All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor.

~WE DO NOT allow pets/smoking in the house

~Check in is from 1pm-3pm. (If you cannot check in in that time frame, please let us know so we can better accommodate you. LATE FEES MAY APPLY)

~Check out is at 11am.

~A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee your booking. Your card will be charged upon arrival. 

~The cancellation policy is as follows:

10 days prior to receive full refund of your stay

9 or less days you will receive only 50% of your booking fee

Same day cancellations (24 hours prior to check in) you will be charged the full booking cost. 

~PLEASE contact us before your stay with any dietary needs

~Guests 18+ ONLY

Damages

Charges will be assessed equal to repair / replacement value for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
